Pearls with feeling.
Details you can trust.
SUHA brings together thoughtfully selected pearl jewelry, clear product information, and personal guidance—so you can choose for everyday wear, meaningful gifts, and moments worth remembering.
It began with a pearl opened in Zhuji.
SUHA began with a weekend drive. Ivy traveled from Hangzhou to Shanxiahu, Zhuji—a lakeside town shaped by pearl farming and trade. Local families welcomed her into an oyster-opening experience, and the moment a pearl emerged, its quiet, soft luster stayed with her.
What started as affection became a habit: she returned to Zhuji International Pearl Market again and again, learning how pearl type, luster, surface, shape, matching, settings, and pricing change from piece to piece. Over time, she also saw how difficult that knowledge was for a shopper to access online.
SUHA grew from that gap. Ivy brought years of procurement and partner-building experience; Zachary brought the systems thinking of a technology professional. Together, they set out to make pearl jewelry easier to understand, easier to compare, and more personal to choose. The aim is simple: help more people experience the beauty of pearls—and use technology to offer clearer information and more thoughtful service at every price point.
Ivy & Zachary · Hangzhou, ChinaTwo kinds of experience, one shared standard.
SUHA is based in Hangzhou. The brand combines procurement and styling judgment with technology, information design, and a practical approach to customer support.
Zachary
Zachary works at a large internet company and brings deep experience in digital technology. At SUHA, he builds the systems behind product information, comparison, site experience, and service—turning scattered pearl details into a clearer decision.
“Technology should make choosing a pearl clearer and more personal, not more complicated.”
Ivy
Ivy has years of procurement experience and a talent for finding experienced partners across industries. Her repeated visits to Zhuji shaped SUHA’s pearl point of view; today she leads supplier relationships, product discovery, collaboration, and how a piece works with real wardrobes and occasions.
“I want more people to feel the same quiet beauty I discovered when I opened my first pearl oyster in Shanxiahu.”
A hybrid model, explained plainly.
SUHA combines original design, commissioned production, selection from multiple suppliers, retail, and custom requests. Independent workshops and suppliers make the jewelry; SUHA’s role is to connect the right partners, review what is offered, make the information understandable, and support the customer.
What comes from partners: production capability and product records such as pearl type, material, dimensions, treatment or certificate information where applicable. What SUHA confirms: the available sample or piece against its listed details, visible pearl character, matching, finish, construction, proportion, and wearability. SUHA does not claim that every piece is made in-house.
Find the right piece and partner.
Ivy, from Hangzhou and through the Zhuji network, works across multiple suppliers and experienced jewelry partners. She looks for pearl character, design potential, wearability, reliable collaboration, and a fair relationship between quality and price.
Compare the piece with its record.
SUHA and its partners review samples or available pieces against supplier specifications. The review covers listed size, color, shape, visible luster and surface, matching, metal and setting details, clasp or construction, finish, and how the piece sits when worn.
Turn detail into useful information.
Zachary, in Hangzhou, organizes supplier-provided facts and SUHA’s observations into product pages and guides. Supplier claims remain identified as product records; SUHA’s own review focuses on what can be checked from the sample, piece, images, and measurements.

Pearls are personal before they are perfect.
Pearls should feel personal.
The right piece should connect with a person, a wardrobe, a memory, or the meaning behind a gift—not simply follow a category label.
Natural variation gives every pearl character.
Subtle differences in shape, surface, color, and luster are part of what makes pearls expressive. Clear photographs and descriptions help set the right expectation.
Good jewelry should be easy to understand and wear.
Materials, measurements, construction, fit, and care matter. Beauty becomes more useful when the details make sense in everyday life.
Clearer choices, thoughtful presentation, continued support.
These are practical commitments, not decorative trust badges. Product-specific details and any exceptions should remain visible before purchase.
